Context: Fed Chair Janet Yellen will deliver semi-annual testimony this morning before the House Financial Services Committee. While the hearing will focus on the Fed's supervision of big banks, she could be asked about her outlook for interest rates and the economy. U.S. Fed Presidents Neel Kashkari, James Bullard, Charles Evans, Loretta Mester and Esther George will also give speeches on community banking, the economic outlook and policy. ECB President Mario Draghi is set to address the Bundestag, where he expect a series of tough questions.

Plan: Globex is balanced, moving in value within 2151-2172. It seems an open auction, so first idea is to be a seller towards VAL-GAP 2143.50-2131. If that fails, I become a buyer towards GAPs 2158.75-2168.25
