Context: Futures are lower, indicating a possible third straight down day. North Korea said it tested a miniaturized nuclear warhead today, as protection against "threats and sanctions." President Barack Obama promised "serious consequences" for provocative actions. The nuclear test was the rogue nation's fifth.

Plan: Globex is bearish, moving below value within 2172-2151. It seems an open test drive, so first idea is to be a seller below VAL 2171.50 towards CLVN 2151. If that fails, I become a buyer towards VPOC 2174.
