Outlook 09/19

Context: Futures set to open higher. Fed's meeting starts tomorrow. While policymakers are expected to hold rates steady, more central bankers favor a hike, which puts extra attention on Wednesday's policy statement, economic projections, and Janet Yellen news conference.

Plan: Globex is bullish, moving in value within 2138-2151. It seems an open test drive, so first idea is to be a buyer towards GAP-CLVN 2151. If that fails, I become a seller towards GAP-VAH-POC 2132-2129.
