Context: Futures point to flat open. Britain's exit from the EU could be delayed until late 2019 because the government is too "chaotic" to start the two-year process early next year, the Sunday Times reported, citing sources that were briefed by ministers.

Plan: Globex is balanced, moving above value within 2173-2185 range. It seems an open auction out of range, so first idea is to be a buyer towards PBT 2190. If that fails, I become a seller towards GAP 2172.75
