Outlook 10/03

Context: Futures are just marginally lower as investors cautiously eye developments surrounding Deutsche Bank. The Deutsche continues settlement talks with the U.S. Justice Department (DOJ). The negotiations are moving forward, but have not progressed to a degree that a proposed deal has reached senior-level review at the DOJ.

Plan: Globex is balanced, moving below value within 2151-2172. It seems an open auction, so first idea is to be a seller below 2157 towards GAP 2148.75 and VPOC 2146. If market returns within value, I become a buyer towards VAH 2167.75 and CLVN 2172.
