Context: Bounce Day. Europe's recouped of its losses, helping to lead U.S. futures sharply higher. Asia posted modest gains overnight. Heads of government of the EU's member countries are gathering for a two-day meeting of the European Council in Brussels. No country has ever left the bloc, so they are in uncharted territory as they try to figure out how to make Britain's divorce proceed as smoothly as possible.

Yesterday closed bearish towards 2072. Globex is bullish towards 2029, moving below value within 2021-1981 range.

Plan: It seems an open auction so first idea is to be a buyer around LVN-MID-VAH 1997-1994 towards CLVN-GAP 2021-2021.75 If that fails, I become a seller towards GAP 1985 and CLVN 2081.
